The African and international research literature on violence risk assessment, competency to stand trial, malingering assessment, Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) evaluations, report writing as an expert witness and mental health legislation in the context of forensic practice are explored throughout. Finally, future directions for forensic mental health in Africa are discussed for juvenile, female and elderly offenders. This text is ideal for mental health, criminal justice and legal professionals working in clinical, research and policy contexts.

The 11th Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference (APPEEC 2019) was held in Xiamen, China from April 19 to 21, 2019. APPEEC has been an annual conference since 2009 and has been successfully held in Wuhan (2009 & 2011), Chengdu (2010 & 2017), Shanghai (2012 & 2014), Beijing (2013 & 2015), Suzhou (2016) and Guilin (2018), China. The objective of APPEEC 2019 was to provide scientific and professional interactions for the advancement of the fields of power and energy engineering. APPEEC 2019 facilitated the exchange of insights and innovations between industry and academia. A group of excellent speakers have delivered keynote speeches on emerging technologies in the field of power and energy engineering. The Butterfly and other fables The caterpillars have isolated themselves from the rest of the forest. Industrious and technologically advanced, they built a Silk Palace to protect themselves from the outside world. Eventually they forget that they are as much a part of the forest as the forest is a part of them. Living artificial lives, they soon forget how to become real butterflies. Instead of becoming real butterflies, they work all their lives in repetitious jobs, collecting 'glitter' to buy a butterfly suit upon retirement. But one caterpillar doesn't want to work a meaningless job, or save glitter, or buy a butterfly suit. She wants to use her time to become something real. This, then, is the story of a brave little caterpillar who leaves the Silk Palace and braves the perils of the forest to become a real butterfly.
Now a days, yoghurt is gaining more popularity in developed countries. It is a fermented milk product obtained by lactic acid fermentation bacteria Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbruechii subsp. bulgaricus. For the study, the entire experiments were carried out in two phases. In phase - I, milk was standardized and prepared of yoghurt. In phase - II, to study the impact of feeding vegetarian yoghurt in rats were feeding and slaughtering for studies of internal organs and for bio-chemical analysis. The overall physico-chemical quality of vegetable yoghurts were better than the normal yoghurt. The levels of cholesterol and sugar decreased in the blood and gain in the weight increased when vegetable yoghurts were fed to the rats, without anti effects on the internal parts of the body.
